Frequently Asked Questions

Do you store my DeepSeek API key?

No. Your API key is stored locally in your MT4 EA settings only. We never see, store, or have access to your DeepSeek credentials. All AI requests go directly from your MT4 to DeepSeek.

Can I use the EA without AI?

Yes. Set EnableAI = false in the EA settings. The system will use technical analysis only. However, AI significantly improves trading decisions and is highly recommended.

Why do I need my own DeepSeek API key?

Each trader uses AI differently based on their trading frequency. By using your own key, you pay only for what you use, and your trading data remains private.

Can I use the EA on multiple accounts?

Each license is bound to one MT4 account number. If you need multiple accounts, please contact us for multi-account licensing options.

What happens if my internet disconnects?

The EA has protective stop-losses on all orders. If connection is lost, your positions are protected. We recommend using a VPS for 24/7 reliability.

Is the EA compatible with prop firms other than FTMO?

Yes. The EA works with any prop firm that uses MT4 and offers XAUUSD trading. Risk settings are configurable to match any firm's rules.

How often is the EA updated?

We continuously improve the EA. All updates are included in your subscription at no extra cost. You'll be notified when new versions are available.

Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your payment dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate download access, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Technical issues that prevent the EA from functioning and cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Request within 7 days of purchase with minimal usage

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Trading losses or unsatisfactory trading results (trading involves risk)
  • Failure to read requirements before purchase
  • Change of mind after significant usage
  • Issues caused by broker, VPS, or internet problems
  • Premium Parameters purchases (one-time digital downloads)
