1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the XAUUSD Nexus EA software ("Software") provided by Asso Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

Nexus EA is an Expert Advisor software for MetaTrader 4 that automates trading on XAUUSD (Gold). The Software is provided as a tool for trading automation and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any recommendation to trade.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Access to the Software requires a paid monthly subscription of £199.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Licence Grant

Upon payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software on one (1) live trading account. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the Software with third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
• Use the Software on more accounts than your licence permits
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

5. Risk Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Trading foreign exchange and contracts for differences (CFDs) on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you.

Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

6. No Financial Advice

The Software is a trading automation tool only. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consult with appropriate professionals before making investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSO TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Software
• Any trading losses incurred while using the Software
• Any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the Software
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Software

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asso Technologies from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Software or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the Software will immediately cease.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
